Dr. Max Cavallaro, PsyaD, LMHC, graduated from the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis and has been in private practice for over 10 years. He is adjunct faculty and training analyst at the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis.

“My psychoanalytic training has shown me that as I attain a deeper understanding of emotional life, difficulties that seemed insurmountable become manageable. We often instinctively know how to make our lives better. Talking helps to reveal the emotions we need to achieve balance and overall good health.”

People may attend sessions either individually and/or be involved in a group, using the time and space to gain understanding of their emotions and improve their lives.

Life is stressful…talking helps!
